I did manage to get in touch with support via mIRC and they were very helpful. We got the server setup 100% in no time.

Where is the live chat located lol?

Can we have bots on our server?
Are we allowed to add a Death Match mod on the server?
I'm looking threw Steam Server listings and do not see our server listed, why not? I do have the sv_region 0 listed in server.cfg

So we just got a cs:s server threw NF and so far we like it.

I have aquestion and maybe more to come as we go along but....
We got the 500FPS upgrade, does that mean our server is 100tick or is it actually 66tick?

What if we have our own website? I guess we'd create a website for the servers for minimal usage such as creating the .bz2 files.

Ok but that's a little vague. I know I can FTP files to the server, that's fine. With our current provider, I FTP the files to the server and I also have to send him a zipped file containing all the files I just added to the server so he can add them to the "fast download .bz2" file server...
