It looks like that line looks for a list of file that needs to be installed or it check the map for dependent maps. After using Adminmod, AMXMod, and ClanMod. I like AMX the best, if you run AMX and csstats you get very few if any problems.

Im still clear as to what we are supposed to do. But if you want 1.6 modules for 9.7(9.6j) you have to get them from the 9.8 section, becuase the 9.7 modules are for non-steam servers.
