Got it working!

Ive updated my server after the TF2 update was released

cd\game installs
hldsupdatetool.exe -dir sourcebase -game tf -command update

server comes back up and ccan connect fine but non of the weapon loadouts work it says the server you are playing on has lost connection so the Steam Servers ...

Does anyone know of any free Game Control panels? I saw one i thought was on the forums here but i cant find it. I dont want to pay for one just yet i just want to get something set up quick since im new to this and see how everything goes
