Re: PUBG Dedicated Servers

Friend of mine posted this link in the PUBG forums yesterday. I sent them an email this morning asking if it was legit; ie do they have an agreement with PUBG ? No word yet, but interesting that they would run this page right ? https://www.survivalservers.com/services/game_servers/playerunknowns_bat...

Re: EA Releases BF1 Server Info

Thank you for sharing that.. I believe you're correct.

On a positive note, we'll go back to BF4 after this debacle; good for NFO. My guess is a lot of other clans/communities feel the same way.

EA Releases BF1 Server Info

Wish we had a BF1 channel here, but I guess putting this in BF4 will do.. After a lengthy wait, EA released the server information we've been waiting for. Very disappointing. Battlefield Forums are ablaze. Here's the link, which wasn't even on the Forum as they initially promised: https://www.battle...

Re: Battlefield 1

If a RSP like NFO were going to host, they would already know so they could have the resources available for the initial demand. Think about it. I know... Just hard to accept because so many communities and companies like NFO, their employees, will be negatively effected. At any rate, they reopened...

Re: Battlefield 1

We'll hear about BF1 servers in the Battlefield 1 Community Forum (link below) soon. I think it's vital to witness how the moderators are treating honest server operators by closing every single thread they post. Why are we posting ? Because nobody will tell us what's going on, and the game comes ou...

Re: Battlefield 1

I got this from Charlie earlier today: If we're able to host this game, we'll be posting on News page of our site, as well as our forums. So far, though, the early indications are that BF1 will be hosted in-house by EA, server providers may not be able to offer this game type at all. Thanks, Charlie...

Re: Battlefield 1

They dont care if they lose tons of PC players. The consoles are their market now, and PC is just an after thought. It is easier this way, since console players generally have a much lower expectation level for a game than a PC player does. Minimum expectations means minimum effort with maximum pro...

Re: Battlefield 1

My best guess here is that EA/Dice may be moving to an internal system where they run the servers and sell them directly to customers, but then again I don't really know.. Lotta rumors flying around that are pointing in that direction. I've been watching a "Plans For Running BF1 Servers" ...

Control Panel --> Internal Server Error ?

Trying to get into my CP, but getting the following error msg; can't fill out a trouble ticket. When I try to reach support at the NFO website, I get the same error msg. Anybody else see this ? Can you guys get into your Control Panel ? UPDATE: I can now get into my Control Panel, but when I try to ...

I'm just wondering where you see it hitting 100%.. In the "CPU Usage" graph ?

Re: banned for no reason!

I don't work here, but this Forum is a company (NFO) that leases servers; I don't think they actually operate the server you're referring to. You should probably look that server up in Battlelog and/or Gametracker (examples below) and find out which clan runs it. Contact them directly and explain wh...

Re: Official vs Ranked (the hacker version)

Was talking to a guy the other day who had a rather unique way of dealing with hackers on "Official" servers.. Since most of them have new accounts and don't bother paying for Premium, simply set Procon up to run something like Metro as "next map". It'll empty out half of a full ...

I see the option available in the CP, but can't locate the "Acceleration" option on the "Order" page. Pretty excited about this; please let us know when it's ready.

Maximum Number of Procon Plugins ?

I know NFO has said that "too many plugins" causes problems on the server; currently we run only three (TrueBalancer, xVotemap and CheatDetector) on our 64p. Wondering what others are doing, and what the limit might be. Any other plugins that you guys like ?

Re: Official vs Ranked (the hacker version)

Sorry. Thought the firewall was how people were dealing with problem players on their official servers. Swore I read that somewhere. I think you're correct actually. Like you enter the IP (found in Procon) and this individual is thereby prohibited from joining your server. I'm beginning to think no...
