Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

I need to figure out how to create a download link using the server. I have some demos that need to be downloaded by a 3rd party and i do not want to give them FTP access. Can anybody point me in the right direction? i would really appreciate it.

I just had SourceTV record it's first full team demo and it was around 500 MB. How much space do I have available on the server before I go over my limit? I read that there is a 2000 GB limit for bandwidth, is that the same thing I am talking about? Any insight would be appreciated! thank you.
