Does sv_downloadurl work for Source?

I added a few maps to my server and the url download seems to work for the BSP files, but it's not downloading anything for the Materials folder. Am I doing something wrong or does it just not work for now?

Try renting from Serveitup. You'll really appreciate NFO then. Nothing compares to NFO (support, updates, ping, response time). I just ordered my 3rd server (CS Source).
