Did you purchase Psycho stats when he purchased the server? Or did you add it on later? You cannot add it on if you havent purchased it.

I am wondering if he is having the timeout problem on a route between ATT and InterNAP...

I have had that problem since we switched to InterNAP, but it doesnt effect performance from what I can tell.

Yes you can install PHP pages and the server would understand it.. You would need to make an index file for the server to read :) Such as index.html index.htm (?) index.php What exactly are you trying to do? Some kind of forum? the problem isnt lying with us, its your broadband provider.
