a map change will reset the cfg, i dont have to restart the server?

Does anyone know how to turn statsme off for matches and scrims. I do not want to do away with it, but I would like quick access to turn it off and on if possible. (maybe a console command?)

How do you turn it off then? cuz it gets turned on automatically on my server, and i do not know how to turn it off :\ i think maybe sv_cheats 0 but i dont know in my server.cfg the command says sv_cheats 02 could that be the problem? maybe sv_cheats 0 should be put in instead of sv_cheats 02 any in...
