It looks like the single core plan was removed in the latest package adjustments? :(
Correct, the 2-core plan takes the place of the 1-core plan, and assumes its price. So, same price, more resources.

Re: Automatic email creation

There's no programmatic way to create email addresses through our control panel. These would need to be created directly on the Mail tab.

Re: Squad host

We used to host Squad, but unfortunately, they refuse to license any of the servers we host. They claim it's because there's no Xeon capable of running the service properly. Every i7, i9, etc, has a Xeon counterpart that runs as well/better (binning, ECC memory, etc) and we have hardware in place ne...

Re: Server Not Starting,

If your server isn't starting properly, I recommend enabling -condebug from the Server Control tab, then send the "restart" command (not "start") from the same tab. This will generate a console.log file in your csgo/ directory that you can check for useful errors.

Re: Manually backing up my database/databases

You can install phpMyAdmin from the Autoinstallers tab of your webhosting control panel. Within this, there is an "Export" option which will let you download a .sql file of the database that can be restored later.

Re: MySQL Not working

Is this a new MySQL installation (Has it ever worked?)? in the my.conf file, do you have the bind-address line set to either 0.0.0.0 or your actual IP address? Is it instead set to 127.0.0.1 or localhost (the latter two would be incorrect)? Do you have a webserver installed on the machine, as well? ...

Re: Help with domains and VPS hosted forums.

I can't know for sure that your config (because I'm not familiar with XAMPP generally) isn't being loaded from some other file and that's why everything is commented out, but on those bottom 8 lines, remove the ## at the beginning of each line. These symbols tell the software that the line is a comm...

Re: Help with domains and VPS hosted forums.

It may be the C:\XAMPP\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf file, where you can open it and create a virtual host, or edit the exis ting one. You may see <VirtualHost *:80>, in which case, you can just create an A record from your registrar's control panel that points to your IP address and it'll jus...

Re: Help with domains and VPS hosted forums.

First, we very strongly recommend against xampp, because we regularly see it compromised. Which webserver software are you using? Apache? What operating system are you on? If you're on Linux, on Apache, are you using the default virtual host (000-default.conf) file? Have you edited it, or created a ...

Steam actually sees both of your servers, as well. You can see using their API here: https://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps ... 153.108.80

What error do you receive when attempting to connect?

Re: New Server Port - Not connecting

There's nothing within our system that would preventing you from using these ports. That is, as long as there's no event posted to the Events Log tab of your control panel saying that these ports are being filtered, then they aren't being filtered, so you may need to look at binding. My networking k...
