yea everything works find but when i'm playing my game vent won't won't key up but wen i click outside of my game it keys up

hi i just installed window 7 n i'm trying to play my online game while using vent but i can't get ventrilo to key up while i'm in game, but when i'm out of the game it works fine any one have that problem or know how to fix it please let me know thanks
