Re: Xenforo on NFO website

Awww, fiddlesticks. I can't edit my post any longer.

Meant to say I have apc.enabled OFF and Xcache ON. I also think XenForo needs to be configured to use APC as well

https://xenforo.com/help/cache/

But I would agree with John and say try disabling it first just to see what happens.

Re: Xenforo on NFO website

I agree, but there is something or some setting that is causing this addon to not work. The only errors I can get it to make are... "This action is available via POST only. Please press the back button and try again." and "Lost Steam ID" This is the response from the addon devel...

Linux optimization question(s)

I've done a little research on optimizing linux (in my case Debian) for game servers, however, a lot of the resources on the subject I've come across are dated. I plan on testing this when I get access to the machine I'll be renting, but I'm curious to see what other people are doing. It'll help me ...

Re: Support Suggestion

In that case, adding a simple prompt (ala javascript alert) or a check box that confirmed the close request should work out. I would suggest maybe requiring a close message like you do with your cancellation requests, so the user can say what they did to fix the issue, etc. I feel bad for you guys h...

Re: DayZ SA

Keep us posted. The second you guys offer the servers for rent, I'm purchasing a couple. 8) A few hosting companies seem to be offering them already, but I've enjoyed the support and performance you guys offer. So I'll wait for them to arrive on here. I used your VDS plans to run our original server...

Re: Battlefield 4 Player Appreciation

Lol double xp? Try i want a free game like they did for Sim city. Totally going in a different direction but the Sim City release wasn't even that bad. I mean it was crappy and annoying but compared to some games it wasn't terrible. However, that community flipped out and I got a free game :D Yep, ...

Re: BattleLog Issue

Our server looks like it's back up now. Too bad the seeders I lined up tonight all gave up waiting and went to bed. Don't blame them though, was down for quite awhile. You're killing me DICE. I never expect smooth launches, but between instability, crashes, and rule changes, I need to work on seedin...

Re: BattleLog Issue

All my servers have disappeared from Battlelog and I have restarted, stop > start and still nothing showing up. I guess we just sit here and wait? So I guess it hasn't been resolved for all that now restart their server? Looks like you just got lucky :P Still having the problem, Rebooting every 10 ...

Re: R11 Patch Discussion

Figured they were going to change it to match the documentation originally stated. It's still pretty much burning down a house to kill a few spiders. I understand there are badmins out there, but yeah. It's just an un-welcomed change on top of all the issues that we've gone through this first month....

Re: R11 Patch Discussion

Running our server Ranked and not Official for the last week of renting. If we can't get traffic, I'll more than likely cancel the service. This is not slight against NFO, you guys are a great GSP, this is strictly beef with DICE. I don't see the value in fronting money for an empty 64 + 4 + 2 empty...

It looks like they fixed that.
