Re: Rust server files to be backed up.

Thanks for the reply TicTac. Got the server back up but there was a corrupted backup file so it was a wipe. There may have been additional backups on the server but the provider gave no assistance on accessing them. The current provider has given so little support that they'll be moving to NFO for t...

Rust server files to be backed up.

Our rust server is down and they're thinking of changing to NFO as a provider in February. The server owner is not sure what files all need to be backed up to restore the present map etc. I've been a customer of NFO for years and am asking if someone could direct us to a list of files and directorie...

Installing BC2/Vietnam and BF3 servers on unmanaged VDS

Our clan wants to get a new older title server. I had thought from other posts that on an unmanaged VDS 2-core server we would be able to install BC2, BC2 Vietnam and BF3. And would only have to pay an additional fee of .25 per slot for the BF3 server. Am I correct? Or will we require a 4-core manag...

Re: Rotating games on our server

Thanks for the advice, Edge and Soja. If we were to go the VDS route, will NFO load the game server files to the server for us? I understand we set them up, but at least we could avoidthe long upload of the game files. It would most likely be Hardline, BF3, BC2 and BC2 Vietnam. And I doubt we'd exce...

Rotating games on our server

We have a couple BF4 servers, one of which we changed to Hardline a week ago. As this is the highest priced game, I'm wondering if we could rotate games on it? Like BC2, BC2 Vietnam and BF3 as well as Hardline? We'd like to avoid losing the higher cost for Hardline when changing to BC2 etc and then ...

Re: BF3 Preordered Servers- When can we configure?

If there's already a server update going out, I'd much rather wait an extra couple hours for NFO to have the latest files at release. All the providers that are racing to be the first will have to shut down sometime today probably, and then install the server updates that NFO will already have. I pr...

Re: BF3 admin program

One of our clan members read that Dice has flown the founder of ProCon to Sweden for 2 weeks to work with them so that ProCon would be up and running in BF3 on release day.
So, hopefully we'll be in good shape.

Congratulations NFO.
Looking forward to finding out what the pricing structure (and special deals) are going to be.

Re: BF3 Servers...

I just heard also the another company is offering a BF3 pre-order package.
Any news on whether or not NFO is going to have BF3 pre-orders too?
