You really want to keep your cpu usage below 50% under load for the best performance. At 90-97% cpu your going to have sub par performance and lag spikes. I tried using gandanur but cannot get it to run alone. I did format my server and installed Windows Server 2003 x86 and so far no issues. I will let it run over night and see what happens. If there is another issue I will be back. lol

Oh yeah, my main use for sapp is to get the server from v1.00.09.0620 to v1.00.00.0609. I don't use haloceded.exe v1.00 as someone can use GUI Loop and crash it. So haloceded.exe itself is on v1.09.
