You can also lower the idle timeout to 0 alongside the playerstartcount. I have my startcount at 2 and my preround at 1 and I still got quick match joinees last night!

I've had 100% success doing this. Though sometimes I wait for about 45 minutes, it will fill. I'm not gonna guarantee that it will work for you, but here's what I did. Would you suggest changing the name, restarting the server and waiting? If anyone finds any working name combos please post them.

I have deleted the startup.txt file, made sure that all the settings are at the recommended levels, changed it from 64 players to 32 players (glad I wasted the money) and had the GUID reset a number of times. I've done all the same, and I'm still paying for a 64 slot even though it's running a 32. ...
