I'm pretty much in the same boat. Got it filled successfully three times (twice from hard effort with my clan) and then had to do the whole deleting startup, GUID change, etc, but no success anymore. Hoping for the best though!

What exactly is procon? Is it for Battlefield 3 like HLSW is for Source games?
I'm trying to find a program like HLSW to manage our Battlefield 3 server (e.g. number of players, kick, ban, etc). From reading this thread it sounds like it's the thing. Are there other BF3 admin programs out there too?

Of course, an hour after I post this, we're up to 32 players and I'm happy . Seemed stuck at 12 players for a long time, but slowly filled up.

I thought we were the only ones with issues filling the server; at least I know there are others as well. The night BF3 came out, our server was full with 32/32 most of the night. Since then it's been empty. We've got a 32 player stock Rush server, Normal mode, no other settings changed than default...
