Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

Hey guys, my clan recently got a new ET server here...but we need it to run on the newest patch. I think i found the patch, and I uploaded it, restarted the server...and it didnt seem to do anything. Does anyone know where a file is that I can upload onto the server to make it run on the newest vers...
