I think my server crashed, but I'm not sure. It went from 22/32 to 0 in the matter of 4 minutes. ProCon is still showing uptime of 22 hours, but if I check the "Server Control" from the User CP, it says "Lost connection" for every player.

If the server name has an entry in the startup.txt file, it will cause a conflict instead of just being ignored. Try completely removing all entries that you are having trouble with from the startup.txt file and then just enter them on the Easy setup page. That should resolve the issue for you. The...

Unicornasaurus, we don't define the server name in startup.txt -- we use another file. So, make sure that you have it defined to what you want on the "Easy setup" page, and don't put a line for it in startup.txt. The ticket count (vars.gameModeCounter) is read and written to startup.txt w...

I run a 1000 Ticket Metro/Bazaar server, 32 players. It maybe crashes once a day, if that.

I seem to still be having some issues with the ticket count & my server in general. My server name and ticket count keeps resetting to an older version of the server name (really old version) and the ticket count resets as well, even though I have it set in the startup.txt

Does it work through the rcon tool on the "Server control" page of your control panel? That tool definitely would send the command to BF3, but I don't know if Procon would. I just tested it on a server here and it did work. The "Easy setup" page also runs this command every time...

Happened again just now. Last time it happened was the day of the patch.
Doing a restart round via ProCon seems to resolve it every time.

That is a bizarre new bug, then. I hope it doesn't become common. I was RCON'ed in at the time, so I didn't see it. I did asks one of the players who witnessed it, and he described it as "The counter went away, but it's like it was still counting", and that they couldn't move. I'm hesitan...

It sounds like they were in the preround. How many players were in the server at the time, and what did you have the round start / preround start values set to? There was about 24 players in the server. Pre-round had ended, but they still couldn't move. The # of players to start was set to 4. I tri...

I would suspect that the reason the server is falling off Battlelog is that it might be tagging itself as a Custom and/or Unranked.
I think it's important to keep in mind though, that this has nothing to do with NFOServers, and everything to do with EA/DICE.
