no no i mean i can get in to the server but when i get in at the very top right corner of my screan it says "lua cache could not be downloaded server misconfigured"

hi im getting a error from my server and its not working out right at all. when i restart the server and enter the server i have no admin powers and it says lua cache could not be downloaded, server misconfigured. plz help
