No i did see the faq saying that hlgaurd causes alot of lag so i turned that off so i will take a lookat it and send a trace.

When my server gets around 10 people i get heavy lag spikes peoples pings dont stay around 1 number there ping jumps around from like 40 to 200 to 80 to 300 back down to 30 back up to 180 so on and so on.
