The site in question is hosted off of the NFO shared web hosting. Not sure if maybe you looked into my account but I am both a customer and staff of another customer.

Once the server files are downloaded, they don't seem to be tied to the Steam username and password. I and others have asked Valve for clarification on whether servers can be rented out during the beta response and Valve has not said that it is prohibited. I have made my eventual move from 1 to 2 to 3 and now 4 core packages as I have needed it. But my needs will eventually drop a bit.
