Custom maps wont work?
Ive added custom maps for my Jailbreak server in CS:GO. Ive got SM, MM, and Hosties all running and working perfectly. Then i add these 3 maps.. jb_summer_reduxx_b2 ba_jail_electric_vip_v3 and ba_jail_futurouta and none of them work? None of them have .kv files. I setup the gamemodes and mapgroups. ...

Re: Server for a CS:S Zombie Escape
Well i like being able to change the slots at any time of no extra cost to be honest. Thats the main thing. Also, being able to open up more than 1 server on a VDS at a time is nice just incase i do.kraze wrote:What exactly are you trying to do that wouldn't be allowed on a regular shared server here?

Re: Server for a CS:S Zombie Escape
Okay thanks. I would much rather do a VPD or Dedi though. i like having access to change the server any way i want when i want wether it be slots or whatever. Its much more accessable and i like it better. And at the same time i dont want to be spending $70.00 for 1 64slot GameServer, where i cant a...

Server for a CS:S Zombie Escape
I am planning on opening up a 50-64 slot server on CS:GO or CS:S and making it a Zombie Escape. Zombie Escape supossably uses alot of resources and needs a lot to run. I was told a VPS wont do the job unless you get a really good and expensive VPS. Ive been told i need a dedi. But problem is.. Dedis...

Re: VPS Backups? Do i need them?
You should always keep your own backups, yes (http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=4728). You can either copy just irreplaceable files off of the server occasionally, or try to create a more extensive whole-disk backup solution, possibly with software designed for this purpose....

VPS Backups? Do i need them?
Do i need to backup my VPS or should I?
If so, how can i go about backing it up? Just saving all the files i have? or is there a way to keep it like realtime backed up like.. as the files change my backups change to, so i always have the up to date backups?
