The OS says the file is 0 KB's when there is nothing in it, 1 KB when there is 1 ban listed inside of it. The file does exist.

In your server.cfg file, you will want to make sure the writeid and writeip commands are in there, usually near the bottom of the file works best. Can someone please help I've tried everything I know ,and I still can't get me Fast Download server to work. I've tried multiple maps. I've had the bz2 on the server and that did nothing. sv_allowdownload is set to 1. I've also checked the sv_downloadurl.
