So if i buy a server will it be connected to sourcebans? where i can check bans on my server for example XXXX.sourcebans.com or bans.XXXXX.com

So if i buy a server, will i get all the help i need? i am a total noob and i dont know anything i want to learn how to add plugins and fastdl what ftp and etc.
