I read this over and over and over again. And have tried it EXACTLY as instructed, didn't work. AND I get an error for my addons (When trying to create one) folder that it's not the right file extension allowed.

I need to do some basic plugins for sourcemod and metamod, but I also need you to explain it to me like I'm 5 (I'm sure some of you are familiar with this term on reddit) A step by step, I've found a few but I'm obviously missing some things. I can't even seem to get an addons folder right. Thanks i...
