Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

When I connect to my server i'm looking at what looks like a blank main menu screen.. In the console it displays: "connected to "serveripaddress", but it never loads a map or allows me to pick a team.. I've set the game mode in autoexec. Not sure what else to do. Anyone else have this...
