how do you add a map thats a .7z file instead of the regular .bsp?

im trying to add awp_bycastor32_3.7z

it says its not a valid bsp file.

i tried renaming the file to

awp_bycastor32_3.bsp

still says it.

it shows that its locked. and i have a password. but when i am in a live scrim and i have random people joining. i try to change the password but it doesnt change it.

Hey guys was the server password problem ever fixed or am i just retarted... i use rcon sv_password ***** to change the password and it states the password has been changed but it doesnt actually change it... Also i think there is a command "rcon password" without the underscore but im not...

So i've added some maps into my FTP like aim_map and i want to add more funmaps n such like that. I'm not exactly sure how to update the configs like am i supposed to be using classic casual mode ? which modes do i use which files do i edit?

How do i change it so the server doesnt automatically kick when idle for too long?

also where would i put it?

Anyone have a very easy to use FTP Client? im a newb at this stuff. I've just been using the windows explorer is there anything easier?

well basically. i want to be able to setup scrim matches n such. how do i set warmup round and start match n such? change game type/modes.
