Actually, forget my previous post. After further investigation of the event generated in event viewer, it was appearant that Java/Bukkit could not find the VC++ 9.0 Redist package. Try installing this package and see if that fixes it for you (It did for me): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/d...

I actually ran into this issue earlier today.... CB seems not to like Java x64 (On Windows at least), a quick & easy fix/work around is to simply use 32-bit Java to run the server. Use this to start your server (Assuming you have 32-bit Java installed as well): "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\...
