There's some weapons i'm installing to my server that need to be admin only due to minge/spam reasons. In the shared.lua, I have changed SWEP.AdminSpawnable = true and SWEP.Spawnable = false. In this case, yes restarting the server after making those changes would prompt them to download. You may also want to try rotating in others for the first five to see if there is just a cap of five or if it is just getting stuck. Also are any of these addons bigger then 64MB? Is the server taking a long time (>5 minutes) to download the addons and as a result being restarted remotely due to its not responding?
