How can i set my deathrun server the "death" people to a certain player model the death player model

Ok this might be asking for to much but i believe you guys are nice enough to help me out.

Me and a few friends are hoping to start a new darkrp server for gmod. We have the money to host it but before i purchase the server i wanted to know everything i would need for it.

thanks i got it. I made their power 70 instead of 75

I can't find the kick premission.

So today i purchased a ts3 server. So far everything is perfect except for one thing. I the owner can be kicked from my other admins. I was able to be banned by them but i removed that now i just need to remove their power of kicking me. Will someone be kind enough of telling me how to do so?
