I removed all other unessential mods from the specify line, unfortunately I'm still getting the error.

Versions are as follows:

CBA v1.0.0

I'm not able to designate folder paths in URx's mod specification line.

That being said I've tried most of what you guys have suggested, but my server log reports the same error again and again.

Most likely going to reset the server and re-upload the mods If this problem persists.

Did both things you suggested, got the same error message each time:

I used six updater to download the mods, then uploaded them to the dedicated server.

Apparently the download from the official site only works with arma2 oa beta.

I'm not sure what you mean,

By "starting" the server i'm referring to starting it via the server control panel.

Im not running CBA_CO on the server, only the mods stated. Strange thing is that the error I recieved is an error recieved from trying to run CBA_CO.

Your CBA loading is not correct. You have to load CBA libraries before you load any other components depending on them (ACE for example in this case). I uploaded the latest version of CBA and it seems to have fixed that issue. Unfortunately another error has popped up when trying to start the server: Addon 'cba_xeh_oa' requires addon 'CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E' from what google tells me, i need to upload my expansion\beta into the server....
