I have my own Achievement/Trade/Idle Server. There is NO mod for this type of server. There are CVARS that are specified in the server.cfg file that you can implement to stop the time limit, teamstacking, idle time, kick time, etc... I can help you setup yours if you would like!

There are a lot of issues I will list them for you: 1. Your database's configuration isn't configured correctly. 2. Steamtools.ext is either not on your server or is corrupt. To check if it is there go to: addons/sourcemod/extensions and look for it, if its in there then you may have to reinstall so...

Sourcemod has a bug currently with their banning system, I personally suggest adding SourceBans to your server. I have it in my server, and it works very nicely. It's a lot more professional too!
