I am getting the same mesage that server was enforcing scripts/dsp_presets. I have installed a buy script from counter-script version 1.0, could this be causing me to not be able to connect to my server? If not what can i do?

to ban player 00:00 permanently?

Also what is the difference between player #userid and uniqueid.
When you use the command rcon users is it showing you the #userid or uniqueid?
