Got it to work and know where to upload files. Instead of creating a folder and it being www.websitehere.com/forums how can i make it forums.websitesite.com

I bought webhosting with my vps yesterday, i already installed iis 8 on the machine so i can upload files to my website, but i am having a little trouble doing this, can somebody help?
