Ok I fixed the rank reset thing. Now the server crashes-It does not happen when i try to change it to that map it just happens randomly like we are playing a surf map and all of a suddon it would just say connection problem and restart to de_dust. As far as the plugins go:

I need personal help with my server please
There is something wrong with my server but its not specific. I have had problems with my server before and one admin put AMX X on my server and that resolved some problems.
Other problems however are as follows:

My server's plugins do not work :( everyone in my clan wants me to do something about it and i dont know what to do!!! i have checked 4 times that i put all the .amx files in the plugins folder, have put all .sma files in the correct folder and added lines to the plugins in plugins.ini
