That's more of a paypal question, so I can't give you a definite answer on it. I know that we have Canadian customers who have had no problems with Paypal, however. Did you try leaving it blank?

We may be adding it, depending on the demand. For right now, renters will have to add it themselves and ask me to disable the VAC for them.

Things seem to have settled down and the servers are running smoothly.

I've added an option in the control panel that allows renters to change the password or email for their account, which saves the trouble of emailing me :)
