That's most likely due to problems with a plugin you recently added. What did you recently upload to the server?

Our apologies on the control panel issue, that was an improperly set variable in our database. I've fixed it now, so you should be able to access your account.

If he canceled the old subscription (and it looks like he did), only you will be billed this month.

Could you email us your server name and the particulars of the crashing?
