Another way to get their steam id is if you have HLstatsX. Hop on the stats page and search for the player who just left. It is a managed windows server. They still show as 1.1.5.8. NFO disabled the addons folder for us automatically when they found out it conflicted, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Mine said an update was required, then the servers went down presumably to update, then got an automatic restart email, and the servers are up, but not updated. How do I retry the update?
