Would it do any good doing the same in opening a ticket? Or should we just hold out for Brink to update their game server files...if they even will?

My servers are crashing constantly, but it still shows them as "up" in the control panel most of the time.

It seems my servers lock up after like an hour of them being full. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? The CPU load goes up to like 25-35 when both my 16's are full, but that shouldn't be an issue, despite these being very cpu intensive.

it is a setting in the brinkedconfig.cfg file. Try setting it in there.

Does adding stats to the servers in a VDS add to the monthly cost at all? If not, I assume I could just go back to the order page and add stats to them?

I now see that you meant that you can't select it from the menu and are getting "missing map" in that regard and not in the way that I thought. Sorry.

Do you have downloads allowed? That is, if you don't already have the map it would start downloading it from the server if this setting is turned to "1".

Will we ever get access to run the update from our control panel at our convenience? I know other server companies include it in their CPs.

If I were to grab a managed VDS, I could put a crysis 2 server on it (through the way the tutorial shows it)? As of right now the order page doesn't have crysis 2 listed on the initial game file install list and that tutorial says: When ordering your Managed VPS please be sure to have the game files...
