I have a customer gamemodes_server.txt from vandenburgs generator.

Where should the bot commands fall? I'm used to everything going on server.cfg however should they be best placed in the casual one?

Have you try changing rcon password on the server and re-trying?

Best bet would be to order the full machine and keeping The VDS and transferring everything between the two. Once the full machine is completely operational then cancel the VDS.
