The script that does the restarts via the managed panels counts customer restarts, and hence if I restarted the server for any reason during that day it would not then restart it at 0700 the next morning.

Set a scheduled restart time.

Umm... like I said I already have that setting set, and it doesn't seem to be functioning. I also have the setting unchecked that exempts the server from restarts if it it was never empty.

Lately I've noticed that if it never empties out during the night it doesn't do it's forced 7am reset. I've tried ticking the checkbox, and setting/unsetting it. It did it again last night never emptied out (which is awesome) but it didnt restart like it was suppose to.

I'm referring to additional cpu usage, map specific rubber-banding, and server resets.

As I see it one of the major problems is EA's determination to fragment the player base by FORCING people to buy the expansions to play on the new maps. That is why expansion servers are harder to fill in my opinion.
