- Is this a VDS or a Game Server?
- Did you install Metamod and Amxmodx?
- What pug mod are you using?

Where are you getting stuck at?

Those 2 are easy variables. What is it that you can't seem to figure out?

Yes it does, and even if I use a seperate downloader/precache plugin, it still gives the precache error.

Copying someone will never get you anywhere. You have to tweak the server to the way you like, as opposed to replicating it to someone else.

You can use crontabs or create a ftp sync shell script.

That makes no logical sense. Sourcemod has always had backwards compatibility.

Install phpmyadmin, and grant this user all permissions to the database. That should fix it for you.
