Re: Errors when trying up update/upgrade Ubunut 14.04
It appears that either the partition used for /boot is full, or the entire disk drive is full, causing the update to fail. You will need to clear out space on the drive, or at least clear space in the /boot partition by deleting old, unused kernels. There is a guide available for this linked here: h...

Re: Website Database Size Cap
This is a possibility, but I couldn't say with certainty. Typically, those rows would want to be deleted completely, not just emptied. I would perhaps try recreating this manually by unexpectedly stopping the server, to see if this occurs again.

How do I make myself an admin? What commands are available?
You will need to know your 64bit SteamID (7656119xxxxxxxxxx). This can be looked up online, using a site such as: http://steamid.co/ Edit the "DefaultGame.ini" file via the File Manager tab, looking for the following line within the [/Script/ShooterGame.BattalionGameMode] section: +AdminSt...

What are some common server settings for the DefaultGame.ini file?
Some common variables you may want to change are: ServerName= Sets the name of the server, which will be shown in the server browser. Password= (Optional) Password protects the server. Only players with the password will be able to join. TeamNames="ALLIES" Changes the name of Team 1 TeamNa...

Re: Website Database Size Cap
We don't set any artificial limits on table size. As long as the SSD for the machine has space available, you can continue to grow your database. If you attempt to execute a query manually to add information into the database, does this correctly add a row with all data present?

Re: Exile SQL file import error
On the "Import" tab in phpMyAdmin, ensure you deselect the "Enable foreign key checks" option there. If this isn't deselected, the foreign key checks fail, since the first table created attempts to add a key from a table that doesn't yet exist, as it's created further down within...

Re: Server freezes when a player joins
In most cases this would be triggered by custom content on the server. Do you have any addons or scripts that connect to MySQL and run a query when a player joins? We've seen some cases in the past where a SQL query will cause a hiccup on player join due to some delay on the response of the query. B...

Re: Can't install addons?
If you install a new addon for Garry's Mod and it's not loading or working as intended, it's usually best to look over the server log files to see if there is an error occurring. I would suggest enabling the "-condebug" launch parameter, then restarting the game server. This will create a ...

Re: How to create a freeweb
If you've purchased an unmanaged VDS, you could install webhosting software on your VDS and host your site there at no additional cost. Apache and NginX are both popular webhosting software packages that could be used for this. If you have a managed VDS, free webhosting couldn't be added there. You ...

ARK: Survival of the Fittest was originally a mod of ARK:SE, officially supported by the developers. In early 2016, they branched off from it being a mod of ARK and turned it into its own standalone game, using a different base set of server files. The current versions of ARK we offer couldn't be co...

Re: Server Name not listed in Rust List ?
I'm not currently seeing your server listed on the Steam web API, is it still online? We sometimes see servers of various types take a while to initially register on the master server list, this usually clears up within the first day. Is the server appearing for you at all now?

Re: How can I enable workshop maps on the server?
You would need to open a support request via the Help! tab of the control panel to have any additional startup parameters added to the game server by our staff. We'll be happy to add the "-workshop" parameter for Insurgency servers.

Re: VDS for 24/7 OBS video streaming?
On a Windows VDS, you would be able to access the system remotely using Windows' native Remote Desktop Connection. This would look and feel just like accessing a Windows PC that's right in front of you. For Linux, remote management is typically done via Secure Shell (SSH). This would be console base...

This would either mean you're typing the username or password incorrectly, or some other issue has come up. If you'd like us to look over this directly, feel free to open a support request via the Help! tab of the control panel.
