I'm interested in having my Procon hosted, but looking for the best, cheapest place?

I'm using Procon and now since early this morning, ala 3am or so the server crashes about every few minutes or so it seems. I cannot connect via Procon to my 64 player server as it's being rejected. However I connect fine to my private server. I don't believe it's plugin related as all was fine lead...

I've tried 6 ways from Sunday to get this working where I have my router (Linksys E3000) properly setup for port forwarding (port# 27260)etc. but the damn thing fails to connect when I run the "Test connection to PRoCon layer server". I even tried one of those automatic port forwarding app...

Man I honestly cant remember... Had something to do back when CSS servers were all the rage and I was trying to find a provider that didnt have lag spikes on shared hosting servers. I asked a lot of community servers who they had for hosting and the ones who said NFO, never had lag issues. Recently...
