Make sure you have the software correctly configured to your MySQL database. The information on your username, password, and database name should have been included with our original reply email to your webspace request.

Verio is currently having problems with its AT&T peering in LA. This is a temporary problem, and they're telling us that it will be fixed by tommorrow.

We rebooted verio-dual166-5 at around 9pm this evening, to fix some issues we were having with it. There was an outage lasting around 7 minutes as a result.

The server is back up to full operational status at this point.

I also very much prefer to answer this sort of question in email, because it's easier to track.
