I know of a few cvars for that, but I have not tested them myself due to the fact you have to have sv_cheats set to 1. You can try it if you want however, try setting them to 0 and see what happens. Anyway, the commands are below.

You copied from the status, which displays things other than the steam_id as well.

your steam id is: STEAM_0:0:2053376

You steam_id ends at the space, if theres a space, it means the next number means something else.
