Give the admins the ability to do something, if they choose to abuse their power report it to DICE/EA or to the GSP and let the GSP handle the situation take their server away refund them the difference, or simply delist them! Exactly, "Official" should mean EA/DICE are actually owning the server. This is total BS from their part. Very sneaky bunch of bastards.

I tried ours on ranked for a few days, unless you got clan members to get it started the servers are dead and they certainly don't remain full for very long.

Like others said, VIP lists work technically. Basically if your on the list, while the queue number may not change you will suddenly have the game boot up and being loading, hence you skipped queue.
