Re: How to get my server in the mix?
This cvar is the same as the start player count in the settings then I guess? I'm running a server with increased respawn times and my start player count set to 2, haven't seen barely anyone! :( What maps did you guys use on 32 and 64 man rush conquest to lure players in? :) go to server control ta...

BF3 in-game Ticket count
I've glanced over the many posts here and I didn't see anything relative to my question right off, so is it possible in lieu of 3rd party admin apps to edit the ticket count in-game yet?

Re: How to get my server in the mix?
Ok the server is now full at 64 players, this took all of about 5 minutes or so from my first post and implementing the cvar "vars.roundStartPlayerCount 1" command, I'm impressed and hoping this will be a trend!

Re: How to get my server in the mix?
I've tried that commandline cvar from little to no avail, also tried all sorts of cute catchy names you see all over, still no joy so I'm lost on what is going on here. Our server largely sits empty and if it ever does fill it's almost always late at night at around the same time, suffice it to say ...

Re: How to get my server in the mix?
Ive just done some testing regarding the "StartPlayerCount" command, and it doesn't take you out of the Quick Match rotation if you change this cvar. I have mine set to "1" so as soon as 1 guy joins, he can run around. I joined my server, shortly afterward (about 15 minutes) it ...

Re: [HOW TO] Streaming to pbbans
If that would work, I'd be grateful thanks. We're in the process of developing the site but it'll take time, I just want some sort of protection from all the hacks, albeit small as it may be but better than nothing.dtoxghost wrote:If you want, I can see if they will allow me to register it for you?

Re: [HOW TO] Streaming to pbbans
Yep tried that, still no joy. Besides, they want an established working site, which I and a partner have, from here that came with the server but also they require a roster and all the stuff that goes along with a clan server which we frankly don't have at this time, so not going to work anyhow.

Re: [HOW TO] Streaming to pbbans
doesn't work for me...
I've tried the rcon port as well as the server address port, nada. All other info is correct, I've had this issue with BC2 also, never worked so I gave up.

Service is down currently from 0:100 - 0:130 UTC
Also, be advised, I caught this earlier today where DICE will be cracking down in the form of account bans for using any VPN for early play.

Re: BF3 Preordered Servers- When can we configure?
You misunderstood me, woowoo. I was talking about when clients can start playing BF3. As I've said in so many places, our servers will all be up before this. Sorry for the misunderstanding. btw - bf3 = 3am East Coast, midnight Pacific. correct, being in SD (MST) mine shows as: "Your release da...

Re: Forum management, listing sub forums in legend
You can just test them and see what happens -- there's no harm in it. "List subforums in legend" is probably the one you want to set to "no" for your "CPUs" forum, as I mentioned. If your experimentation turns up that no combination of these options works, then you'll ...
