depends where people live, if they live closer to tx/la than there going to go by ping.

i dont understand? Do you want it installed on you server? If you do you can install it via the easy setup page in your server's control panel.

I belive that its only available on steam games...Correct me if im wrong.

did you happen to turn on ban list checking on hlgaurd?

ftp clients are much better than ie, most of the time ie will hang and get really slow..very annoying.
