It appears you typed ipconfig -a, which is wrong, make sure you type ifconfig -a

In the server control page, have you made sure to select the proper jar file?

Ok well if you are running on a managed game server, just connect via FTP and then upload the files to the default directory, you should see something like "exec_servername" which will indicate you are in the proper directory.

Are you running on a regular game server? What exactly are you trying to run?

If you decide to use Monit, make sure you compile it yourself, as the binary is using a vulnerable version of OpenSSL at this time.

There are many developers on there that would likely be able to do this. Keep in mind that items on there vary in price, and a custom one will probably be more expensive.
