Your proccesing speed wont affect your performance in gmod, its most likely your tickrate like Soja said. Also VPS aren't really meant for big gmod servers, i personally would not recommend going over 32 players on a single server on a VPS. If you plan on having 40 players i would get a dedicated ma...

If you think the addon is causing the problem i would get rid of it, or contact the developer and have him look at it. If the addon is not the problem then i would re-install the gamemode if the bug is becoming a huge problem, and annoyance to your players.

You either are not set as superadmin, or admin ( assuming you are using ULX ) or you need to go to your server.cfg and set

NFO mounts CSS automatically. You should contact NFO support if its telling you that CSS is not mounted, as there could be a chance that for some reason the Install could have been messed up.
